The Villa

The villa has been completed to the highest standard & has been set on three levels. The ground floor comprises a large living room, dining area, and separate kitchen which all have air conditioning as do all of the bedrooms. The linge area offers a TV & DVD Player w/ DVD Library. The lounge and dining area lead to a large patio area with double patio doors off both, which is perfect for al fresco dining. There are actually four sets of table and chairs dotted around the villa for alfresco seating; these are are on the roof and pool terrace, the dining room (as previously mentioned) and on the bedroom balcony. The basement level has a massive L shaped master bedroom which has a king size bed and a separate dressing area. The bathroom next to this has 2 showers & a Jacuzzi bath to relax in. There is also a twin bedroom situated on this level. The first floor has two bedrooms, serviced by a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath. One of the bedrooms has its own large private terrace accessed by patio doors. The second room is double aspect. Again all these rooms are air conditioned for your added comfort.

The massive roof terrace offers breath taking, uninterrupted, 360 degree views of Akbuk bay & the surrounding mountains which cradle this beautiful resort, which is perfect for alfresco dining. There are sea views from all rooms except the basement level.

Outside, the kitchen verandah overlooks the villas private swimming pool (with underwater lighting) & marble sun terrace area complete with sun loungers. The villa has secure private parking and gardens set under an old olive tree. This truly is an idyllic spot.

For Your Information

• For a small fee, we can arrange airport transfer,car hire, welcome grocery packs and meet/greets at the villa for a familiarization tour.
• Excursions can also be arranged via the management company locally.
• British Airways now fly direct from Gatwick to Izmir 4 times a week and the transfer time is around 90 mins,
• The swimming pool (unheated) is available 1st May until 31st October, when it is cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.
• Reduced rates for long lets during winter season (between 1 & 6 months duration) - please enquire.
• Please note that the availability calendar on this website is updated as soon as bookings are made so you can rely on its accuracy when checking your preferred dates.

• Bodrum is usually only open in the high season (1st April until 31st October), however Izmir airport is open all year round and is still only 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the villa.
• The flight time to Turkey is approximately 4 hours from the UK.
